How to increase Google page rank of your website/blog?

OK so as far as I know to have friendly PR your internet site need to have
Good content/articles
Many back-links
Good HTML code.
Exactly what else?
Exactly what should one do to raise his/her internet site's Google Page-Rank?

Having good and related content is the main thing....

For a good PR, only 'Quality Backlinks' from authoritative, niche websites matter. Nothing else!

Also, PR is one of the 200+ factors that collectively determine your site’s SERP rankings. Do not lose much sleep over it. Rather concentrate on the bigger picture - traffic, SERPs, conversions and ROI.
