Is there any specific methods to find niche related forums that allow signature links?

you should make yourself a list of footprints and list of niche related keywords and then scrape results combining each keyword to each footprint and then test it with some soft if it's possible to post

Just search niche forums by entering your keyword related search, for example
if your search is based on job means, just type like: jobs in india index
add 'index' to searching process...
