I have visited your website, it looks good and professional at the first sight. However, I have a suggestion: you'd better not place the styles codes in your webpage (the homepage), it is better to place the style codes in a separate CSS document or JS document because your webpage will look cleaner and better organized.

The first thing I got was a pop up directly over your page :/ If you insist on that kind of advertising I would recommend using pop unders instead!

That way the advert doesn't cover your page yet the customer will still see the ad when they close your website!
