low pr submission is not use full at this time for Google

Low pr off page work is not useful these day. Use high pr & high domain authority sites for off page work.

I also agree that low PR or spammers sites link building sites are not useful.

Yes low or non index site submissions is not useful now these days.

I think link exchanges aren't useful nowadays. That is, if you have a link on a webpage with a dozen other unrelated links, that's not helpful.

Submission of your site in low PR and non indexed pages are not preferred now a days.

Link building on low quality irrelevant site or link farm submission are bad effective techniques so people are ignoring these.

Low quality contents and avoid spamming ....as google is always trying two improve these two to give the quality to users

i think you should do natural work on your website to get ranked in Google. If you will work to promote your website name as brand and create backlinks for your website name then it will help to increase ranking well and it will be stable always. If you will do work on your keywords too much and creating backlinks from everywhere such as non relevant websites, low pr websites or creating backlinks using low quality of contents then it will not help.

I think directory submission does not have any importance after Google Penguin update.

Black hat seo technique is not useful for search engine optimization.

I think all black hat SEO techniques are not useful after the new penguin Google update, as we all know black hat SEO may sound so attractive for a quick rush of traffic but it will get you in trouble. Following black hat SEO techniques may offer you instant result but later you will definitely get punished by search engines. So make sure that you do not employee any of the black hat SEO techniques for promoting your website.

Low page rank off-page optimization work is not useful today.

Low quality Back links are not considered now a days..Every technique you are using like forum posting, blog commenting etc. will not help you in anyway if they are done in a spam way or in low pr sites...

Blackhat works better than ever, if you know how to do it right. And it has nothing to do with your site not ranking.. "every technique are unuseful today"? Really?

That technique where we have not used unique and quality content means if i talk about blog commenting its a really helpful to get ranking but only if have post relevant quality content on relevant quality website. In the other hand, if i put my link with no content or duplicate content than its biggest disadvantage is that it will not easily indexed in search engines. So i will not get results.
