Which is the easiest and best web design and web development tool?

PHP, Joomla will be very easy to build and create webpages than in other applications. Easy, user friendly and convenient to run.

I am not sure about the tool exactly, but as for the best web development service, can say that neosofttech.com is really perfect.
They offer the rock-solid operation. The service is absolutely wonderful. I'd highly recommend them.

HTML is the most popular markup language because it is more stable and more popular with search engines. php is more intelligent than HTML, I think.

For the tools, I think Dreamweaver is suitable for professionals

Guys, HTML and PHP are not tools!
Are programming languages.

So, the best tool, is to learn basic html and programming language (like php, asp)

Use a CMS system like WordPress. It's easy to use, and you can create a basic website in no time!

Photoshop and dream weaver are the best tools to work as a web designer.

Notepad plus plus also a very good light weight html edit which i am using currently.

Managing media query blocks has been a hassle. Do we keep our ‘medium’ styles in a block at the end of our stylesheet? Or do we go a step further and create separate CSS files containing our medium styles?

tilted_square 01-24-2014 10:51 PM

I've been using WordPress to build client sites for about 4 years now and everyone seems to love it. It's extremely customizable and makes it easy for clients to manage and update their own site.
