Which one will you choose to do exercise?
 
There are many ways to do exercise,which one will you choose?
1,running
2,jump
3,swim
4,play basketball or football or badminton
5,Sit-ups
and so on.

i choose swimming for exercise as it is the best one for whole body activity. It refreshes both body and mind..

Walking 30 minutes everyday is enough to keep you fit, of course self control is very important as well.

I will always choose weight lifting and cycling. Those are two things that I like doing. I do not care for running too much because my doctor tells me that I have ‘short’ muscles in my upper legs and calves. This means that after running a few minute I am going to be in pain already…no fun.

Daily walking for ten to 15 minutes is very much good for health.
