Anyone have any suggestions about getting site traffic, without paying a huge amount for PPC and PPI, I have tried the FB and Twitter I actively use both, with business pages etc. However Twitter just seems to be a lot of people spamming. Maybe I am wrong. I went through an SEO company and ended up with a 5K bill in a week. So now what do I do?

If you hired a seo expert that should have done it . But it seems like they took your money and you're still looking to traffic.
