Tips for a Perfect Night's Sleep
We all know how integral a good night's sleep is. Recent research has shown that not getting the right amount of sleep can actually affect your long-term health too and cut years off your life expectancy. Why is this? The simple answer is that your body needs to rest and recover, and if it doesn't get to do this adequately then parts of your system that need repairing don't get repaired.

For perfect sleep in night avoid afternoon sleep.Avoid the coffee before go the bed. these things are not good for the night sleep.

To have a better sleep, one must free itself from stress and problems, make sleeping accessories comfortable too.

Go to sleep at about the same hour every night, your body will get used to this and it will prepare itself for sleep. I prefer this to a hot room. I prefer to turn off the heat and allow the coolness to circulate in and out of the windows.
