Benefit of Yoga
 
Hi there friends,
Yoga is most beneficial for our Health. It helps us to reduce stress from our life and weight of our body. Yoga is divided in main three parts.

1. Asanas : Asanas is physical exercise which includes each and every part of our body.

2. Pranayam : Pranayama helps to control our breaths and expand strength of our body.

3. Meditation : Meditation helps to give relaxation and inner joy.

Yoga is best for physical and mental health
 
Yoga is basically relaxation of mind which simultaneously strengthen the body. It really good for health to do regularly do Yoga. :cool:
