Which one is more strength in SEO. Forum or Directory Submission? Your views...

You should apply both

Directories are bases four website and forums are give a great back link and traffic.

directory submission you can make the backlinks of your website instantly and you do not need to wait 2-3 days. and forums are the best way to get backlinks instantly....

Forums are much better than Directories, becoz forums are instant approval and you can get results very easily while directories takes too much time to approve.

I think it's 50/50.

From my point of view Forum participation is the best one way to take back link because it is more interesting.

I think both part is useful for us for SEO point Of View. Both helps create traffic and backlink. But forum is best vs directory because forum gives information as well as backlink. So go with forum.

Directory helps to give a strong back links and forums helps to give good keyword ranking.

After updating goolge penguin we choose forum because google want paid directory so we can't afforded it.

These two have their own values , we can not compare these two some time we need these both techniques , some time it is more better to have the forums only

I think both forums participation and directory submission both are very good link building techniques for your site promotion. They can provide good traffic and quality back links from high page rank sites.

There is no limit for backlinks, try to get more and more but make sure those are good quality links.

As Far As I am concerned Forum is More powerful in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Because In Forum we can post Threads and we can reply to the Threads.

I choose Forum than Directory.

directory is used for ranking website good and also it gives traffic and Forum Posting is used to rank keyword up and also brings traffic to our website.
