Recently I had setup a link wheel with the help of 10 sites and used unique content for each sites and I have noticed that Google had indexed all those links, But Still I did not see any changes on my SERP, Does Link wheel approach out of the SERP Game now?

I think link wheeling is very old tchnique,now in these days google not like that technique.Google only prefer unique and natural contents.
