What do you do when you feel depressed?
We all go through this from time to time. What do you do to feel better? I rent a couple of action comedy vids and watch. I fell it relaxes me and makes me feel a bt better after a while.

I either go for a run or blast my music

When I feel depressed, I will stay in my office till midnight, watching movies, listening to the music, or chatting online with known and unknown friends.

I take every effort to prevent it. If it happens, I forgive - others, then myself :)

I will just switch on the computer and start researching something in the web. I do find some relaxation, comfortable with that. This is the only way i do have to get out of from depressed state.

For me when i feel depressed i tend to get really angry & that's when i try to ignore human contacts with anybody. To get out of this feeling i like to play video Games as it helps me channelize my anger & frustration. I see real people when i start my killing spree, Specially in games like GTA.
