Which one is best for social traffic? face book posting or twitter?

Facebook is better resource for traffic.

And what about the twitter posting? is this a good source for traffic, and lead generation?

Facebook is better the twitter because we can put our though in all details but twitter will allow only 145 character for twit.Facebook is user friendly social site but twitter is high profile and not user friendly.

But I found that we can get fast traffic through twitter rather then facebook
