If i get a backlink from blog is it good or bad? If i do 200 blog commenting with my links it consider .

Nothing is bad nothing is good

Means its totaly depend on which blog you get backlink like and how u get from which post u get backlink is that relevant for our web site our web site relevant for that blog. You just see when you get back link you look like a just user comment not like seo comment.

Blogging is good & the blogging backlinks are also good until unless the blog is written with unique articles.

If you are spamming comments on inrelevant blogs those links will be probably useles, but if you comment on relevant blogs from the same niche as yours it will improve your rankings slightly

getting back links from blog is not bad and it really help to get instant traffic but you should get back links only on those blog those are regularly do posting. that's will be more help full.

Definitely back linking your blog is a perfect idea but it comes with the condition that your blog must contain appropriate & attractive content.
