you can try hotspot sheild but i must warn you it really makes your internet slow . In fact even if you change your IP from any other software you will face the problem of slow internet connection . IF i were you i would not mess with my IP unless there is some serious security issue.

There are various ways.

You could use the proxy setting from the browser itself, or you could buy and install VPS, but then there's tor website which basically made you invisible surfer. :D

Usually resetting your router/modem will change your IP address slightly. Or you can use a proxy

If you want to change your IP address on your home computer, there are few ways that might work for you—some simple, some not. Before trying more complicated/technical methods described below, you can try something that's very easy.

1 Simply turn off or unplug your modem for about five minutes. (You don't have to turn your computer off.) In many cases this alone will change your IP address when you go back online.
2 If that doesn't work, try unplugging your modem overnight and checking your IP address the next morning.

You just have to follow simple steps.

1.) Renew your IP address in the command prompt
2.) Change your IP address through the router
3.) Change your IP address through Windows Network Connections
4.) Right-click the connection that you want to change. Click Properties
5.) Click the Networking tab
6.) Click OK.
do it for once hopefully it will work for you.

There are two common ways by which you can change ip address, either by checking for proxies available online and then changing it from browser setting or either downloading an ip changing software.

Use a software that can hide your IP address. Use hotspot shield, install it and use it.

To check the IP address you're currently using, simply go to whatismyipaddress.com . Hopefully one of these simpler steps will give you the result you wanted.
