High bounce rate. Good or Bad?

my website is not so popular. It's very new site. But I'm wondering seeing that it has very high bounce rate. That's why I'm confused about bounce rate. is it good or bad?

Bounce rate will drop the website ranking.

high bounce is bad factor of a website. 50% TO 60% bounce rate is very nice for a website . So it's not a good news for you.

Bounce rate is too bad for website reputation and ranking.

There is some tips to reduce bounce rate below.
