Clean and very professional site but i think the page load speed Slightly slow

I have my browser set to use a larger font, and it breaks the top menu into 2 lines. It makes the site look faulty. Should be easy to fix

Changing the font of the menu would also help. Its a very decorative font, so making it a more compact font would make it more readable and it wouldn't break into 2 lines.
