I like Facebook more than twitter. Facebook is good to interact with people and also for online entertainment, I play online games, good for online chat etc... Facebook has a huge users so its a good way to get traffic to your website.

Both of them have their own importance as my point of view.

It depends on what you are trying to do. Twitter is great for journalists and writers... news agencies... celebrities. Facebook is where people usually go to socialize and interact with items. My personal favorite though, is Google+. Google+ always ranks super high because Google ranks Google+ as #1 obviously.

it's depend on the country in which you want to work. but facebook is best for worldwide communication. Twitter is also better.

I like to use Facebook more than Twitter.

I use both to promote my business but like Facebook the most because it is better then twitter to get quality backlinks and website traffic.
