Well, from my side both website are important to drive traffic to your website. Both are good social networking sites where you can share your all stuff.

Stumbleupon is better than Pinterest because I am getting huge amount of visitors from Stumbleupon as compared to Pinterest.

both are good have great quality of content on them..

Well, both sites are social media platform to share their thoughts. But again i need to remember that all social media links are not a link building resource and do not provide a do follow back links.

Pinterest, because they are kind of viral these days.

I thing stumble upon, but linkedin is best of the best.

My stumbleupon traffic to my personal finance blog stay on a long time. Thats why stumbleupon is my primary social media focus

Pinterest is always better than stumble upon....can get more traffic by pinterest.

I can't say which one is much better but I can say both of them are really good sites in promoting blogs and websites online...
