You just waste your time and also mine. Most of your sites are useless. Also, What about your personal business sites which you shared in this article list. You just cheat people to get back link for your website.

If we could know the PR it is good for us as it proves that Google cached it and it is good website in the eye of Google.

Article submission is not the best method after the Google Penguin updates. If you want to get quality links than do write a effective content and do guest posting, instead of article submission.

this site list is imortant, but use only high pr website and dofollow website like ezinearticles

If you having good content for article, where you can gather people for posting then it helpful otherwise not.
