for me if i have a lot of money then i will buy a large House

I would buy a piece of land, build a dorm so I can start a business. Bedroom or bed space rental is a very profitable business. Although the capital is expensive but the maintenance is low. It would be even better if your dorm will be built near a school or any strategic place you can think of.

i would love to have some sort of animal sanctuary, like a rescue center for pets

If I have lots of money with me I will buy a beautiful bungalow and an expensive car.
