i have confuse which will be do or not

They are all important, the more you cover the better:
Title tag, Meta Description tag, H1, h2, keyword density of copy etc ect

Forum Posting, Blog Posting, Bookmarking, Profile Creation and web2.0 are the best off page activities.

On and Off page are good. And, I am sure if we google there will be a list of activities that one can get. Along with it what should be kept in mind is if the site is mobile compatible, load time Page Speed and YSlow factors.

One cannot neglect these factors when the number of searches happening on mobile is increasing by the day.

Good content and best On and Off page factors without having a site that loads fast across all devices wont help.
