Blackhat techniques work in the short terms. But as soon as you website is banned (and it will be) you will not be able to recover.

Not to mention Google has many ways to detect blackhat SEO before the even index your website.

It will be helpful than white hat seo but that black hat method is prohibited by the Google and not at all recommended by any search engine. It is an unfair method to generate the traffic, good rank to the website. Google knows the website well and when found, the site will be instantly penalized or banned from the search engine index.

For the short-term planning, but it may be to avoid long-term beneficial. I think I use black hat techniques excess may damage your site. I have a number of Sun Yat-sen site from a search engine has completely disappeared, they never came back!

Upto my experience black hat does not stay longer. Do white hat grow slowly to stick to the market longer period of time.

black hat works , that's why it's called black . but i wouldn't advise you to use such techniques because sooner or later google will put an eye on you.My advise , stick to white :)
