Personally, I suggest Article, specially tips will attract more traffic and increase links popularity for your sites

I have not tried submission of article yet.I do blog only.But i can see good result from it.

Blogs are more effective than the articles. Article links are often spammed but blog links are never spammed. For this, you can do this easily.
