My favorite healthy diet is eating brown rice and pinto beans. You can add meat (in small portions) if you like. I add boneless, skinless chicken breast. Blend in some recaito (culantro cooking base) and some mojo (spanish barbecue sauce) and your good to go. The meal is low in calories and calories from fat. It is also low in sugar/salt and high in protein. The best part is it tastes awesome and is good for you. Enjoy!!!

I do not believe in diets, but making long term changes in life style habits. I always say we are lucky not to be celebrities, none of us have a deadline for an Oscar night, so why rush and do yo-yo dieting? We can all take our time adapting a new lifestyle. Also I believe it is important that you do this to stay healthy, the 'beach body' is only a side effect that comes along anyway. I prefer sports. I play basketball with my friends one or two times a week. Also I like to watch NBA matches, their players give great motivation!
