I think that Dreamweaver is the best software for web designing

I be using another program and spend the time teaching myself for the web design you can use phtoshop and Dreamweaver MX . We are all different and we should use the tool that best suits our workflow .

I most use Dreamweaver and Photoshop for web designing and I have just updated both in latest version. Good features both have.

Dreamweaver is the industry standard and is also a good tool for developing a website but I prefer Sublime Text as it is easy to use and also a lightweight program.

I use Dreamweaver for coding as building and editing web sites is fast using it.

Dreamweaver, skill of photoshop, flash etc. are must needed for web design. I personally use php editor.
