Be-live or not but my experience always like and suggest other to play for graphics purpose Adobe Photoshop.

I used to use Dreamweaver + Fireworks but nowadays you have things like WordPress/SiteMush which does the job.

I know there is software used on the website platform, you do not need to install on your computer. It is Graphitii, if you like you can learn about it.
