I am more commonly used facebook.

My point of view both is good at our field. but fb is past and Google+ is persent.

Up to my knowledge, it must be Facebook.

I think this time facebook is on fire so facebook is better option.

There is no doubt that FaceBook is a better way to increase your traffic.

Facebook is best in social networks with having high rankings, Links from Facebook is more valuable to websites.

Google + is growing but not sure it will gain audience like facebbok or not.

Opt for Facebook because it has millions of users and you can promote and increase traffic on your website.

Inorder to gain more traffic, I stronly recommed you to use Google+. Have you used Twitter ? If not, then first of all use twitter as it is the best medium to generate traffic. It is far more effective than Google+ and Facebook.

G+ won't get you much traffic as not many are using it. FB traffic is good from fan page if you have good number of fans. And you need to also have regular postings.
