Take breakfast daily and include fruit juice in your breakfast it make it much healthier.

It depends on my current situation. If I have to leave early or can't get up early... then I'd probably skip it.

Some people sleep in and skip breakfast I should know because I do it a lot but when you wake up your stomach gets full so some people can't help it, hope this helps.

I don�t like to skip my breakfast as :
