Bangalore is also going to be a smart city and its metro and infrastructure is also developing so investing here will be a smart decision.

There are various developers in bangalore like alchemy india, house of hiranandani, prestige group etc. The real estate in bangalore is growing due to the infrastructure that is developing and people coming here for job opportunities.

Himanshu Basu 08-13-2015 12:24 AM

Bangalore is the place to be and invest in real estate i think because various factors favour it like atmosphere, infrastructure, people, job opportunities etc.

tejaas 08-13-2015 05:10 AM

Real estate is the clear favorite investment option next to gold, term deposits and insurance. On an average there has been a steep rise in the real estate price by 40% and is still growing. Hence making it the best option for investing and seeing your money grow. The Indian real estate market can easily give investors a cool 200% return in the next five to six years if one invests in the right kind of property.

Pappu Paul 08-13-2015 08:45 AM

To meet the demand for real estate needs, Bangalore real estate has much more to offer, including apartments, independent houses, villas, serviced apartments and bungalows. With world-class infrastructure, the city is one of the best options to buy, rent or sell property.

Himanshu Basu 08-20-2015 05:06 AM

Himanshu Basu 08-20-2015 05:18 AM

In Bangalore the main reason i think is the job opportunities that has led for more real estate need also.

Alchemy India, which has pretty good name in Gujarat, has come up with good projects in Whitefield.

tejaas 08-20-2015 01:40 PM

Bangalore city has a number of localities that are ideal for buying your dream house. The southern and eastern regions of the city include several posh localities like Whitefield Road, Outer Ring Road, Airport Road, JP Nagar and Bannerghatta. These localities are the best options for selling and buying property. Other popular localities in the city include BTM Layout, Indira Nagar, K. R. Puram, and Koramangala. Bangalore is a growing market so you can invest here for a good return.

In Bangalore there are lot of luxurious housing projects. But i think they also need affordable housing projects for a different class of people.

tejaas 08-21-2015 06:17 AM

Although Bangalore is one of the top cities in India, the real estate pricing in the city is much lower compared to many other metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata. Developers like Sobha, Purvankara, Prestige and Brigade Group have covered the length and breadth of the city with various housing projects catering to different target audiences in an area.

Himanshu Basu 08-22-2015 06:18 AM

Great information guys. Thanks.

LokeshKumar 08-23-2015 06:48 AM

Agreed. In Bangalore one can get affordable houses as well as luxury houses like penthouses or villas. So its is good for buyers choice.

Himanshu Basu 08-25-2015 07:18 AM

In Bangalore the developing metro transport is going to play a good role in the increasing real estate market.

rajsingh 08-25-2015 11:25 PM

The demand for high-end residential units remains high in the North Bangalore region. Residential real estate activity in North Bangalore has gained traction post the commencement of the Bangalore International Airport. The projects located around Hebbal, Bellary Road and surrounding areas are in the luxury segment. North Bangalore is assured to be the next economic centre of Bangalore.

Bangalore gaining popularity among first time home buyers,
The first time home buyer’s choice of location is mostly driven by a combination of factors such as proximity to his or her workplace, personal budget and the presence of adequate social infrastructure to cater to young families.

LokeshKumar 08-27-2015 02:24 PM

Century builders, Golden gate builders, etc are new to the city.

raamcruise 08-30-2015 04:16 AM

The capital coming in directly into the Indian realty sector from the foreign land is no more than a boon for both buyers as well as the realtors. The industry analysts predicted that there will be a surge of 35% in the number of enquiries with property dealers. In the race to win, the foreign investment is likely to route towards Bengaluru. The dynamic city will be followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Goa, Delhi and Dehradun.

LokeshKumar 08-30-2015 01:12 PM

The builders will not get much opportunities because of Bangalore not getting its place in smart city list.

tejaas 09-01-2015 05:26 AM

Rapid infrastructural developments and speedy urbanization have made India’s realty market a hotspot for many PIOs and NRIs. And with the government now relaxing FDI norms, the realty sector is fast becoming an investment friendly hub for many people. Metros and emerging Tier II cities are most favoured investment destinations. Studies have shown that Bangalore is among the top preferred realty destinations in the country. Locals and individuals residing in UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa and Singapore are showing a keen interest in buying properties in Bangalore. Real estate developers are receiving several enquiries for high end properties.
