Seo friendly site means, your website structure should be good.

1.Url structure should be better
2.Content should be unique
3.Keyword density should be better
4.Use ALT tag for all img
5.Use title option for all herf tag
6.Website should have sitemap
7.website should have robots file
8.Add webmaster file and verify it

seo friendly website mean easy navigation for Search engine and user also too. you should have xml site map for search engine so that Google crawler understand easily.
