firstly i would like to say you can not get good ranking without content, if you can do commenting i mean to say blog comment then it will help you to improve ranking but a bit.

Content is kind of THE thing for SEO. If you absolutely have to, you should write it yourself.

Without content you can't do a good SEO because now a days Content & good backlinks are the major part in SEO World!! Am I right guys??:o
