i do not know really about any tools like this to get traffic. But if some tool exits like this then it will be not real traffic and i do not think you will get really benefit from this traffic.

You can use software to get some extra links, but you have to be careful and know what you are doing, or you will be penalized for it. Do not fall for the easy stuff, push button solution vendors.
