Its not same for all forums. It depends on forum rules and policies. Some forums allows you 2 link in signrature , and some allows more than it . It is not possible to use 4 links in each forum's signature.

Yes you can add different sites to your forum signature. It is not considered as a spam.

You may use. But try to use two or three signature links, its enough. If you used more than 3, sometimes it will be spam
