Walking 30 minutes everyday is enough to keep you fit, of course self control is very important as well.

I like walking, jogging and lifting weights.

I will always choose weight lifting and cycling. Those are two things that I like doing. I do not care for running too much because my doctor tells me that I have ‘short’ muscles in my upper legs and calves. This means that after running a few minute I am going to be in pain already…no fun.

I just go to the gym for a hour a day.
|
Daily walking for ten to 15 minutes is very much good for health.
