Ofcourse Google but the question should be Google OR Bing as Yahoo was merged in Bing.

Yahoo has little traffic compared to Google. For SEO benefit you should be in all 3 - Google, Bing and Yahoo.

I prefer Google only because it offers larger applications! And it's even getting close to Facebook!

I used to like Google better than any search engine. However, since SEO became the trend in internet marketing, many useless websites now occupy the first pages of Google. But I know Google is doing its best to deliver relevant results.
