Even am facing the same problem, guys you people don't be in a mindset that, dropping down in the Google traffic is many or may not be related to panda update, because the Panda update Still Rolling Out. I would be effected by other algorithms, like UI changes or manual actions.

I have moved down too on Local SEO for a sister city. Two factors are hurting me. I am losing back links because sites are no more. Local SEO is rewarding YELP listing a great deal.
