Hello. Thank you very much for posting this useful information about our sleep hours. I heard that we need to sleep about 7 hours. But as for me I cannot afford it. Recently I�m so busy. I need to do so much work. What to do in this case?

For perfect sleep in night avoid afternoon sleep.Avoid the coffee before go the bed. these things are not good for the night sleep.

the best one tip is to sleep early, when you try to sleep at 2.00 am or 3:00 am at night then you can't find the perfect sleep

To have a better sleep, one must free itself from stress and problems, make sleeping accessories comfortable too.

Go to sleep at about the same hour every night, your body will get used to this and it will prepare itself for sleep. I prefer this to a hot room. I prefer to turn off the heat and allow the coolness to circulate in and out of the windows.
