Hey! For getting the black and healthy hair, I drink plenty of liquid daily and also eat lots of green vegetables. If you are a non vegetarian then you can also add fish on your diet list to improve the quality of hair. Other than this you can also use some natural oil such as Lavender essential oil and Lemon essential oil to improve the quality of hair.

I think Milk is good in Hair loss problems but nothing to be proven good so far rather than Hair transplantation

Hair is very sensitive part of our body. If you dont care it loss there quantity and it look and feel odd. So dont take tension, eat healthy diet in which green vegetable, milk and do exercises.

For health of Hair you must eat the below fruits.
1. Almonds
2. Coconuts
3. Oranges
4. Bananas
