You should delete some unused software and which accounts for a large memory.

You can download software to refresh your PC.

There are various ways to refresh your PC. Some of them are:
1. Delete all your Temporary files.
2. Delete history in the browser.
3. Do Disk cleanup.
4. Do Defragmentation.

Delete all temp files and scan your system with best anti virus like NOD32 etc.
