I always prefer PHP(Personal Home Page Hyper Text Preprocessor) Programming language for Website Designing.

I also like to learn the PHP,HTMl and CSS these are best to learn the web designing and web development.

I like PHP and HTML language for designing website. Both are very easy to use and also you can develop your application very easily. This language code is very easy for writing any application of website.

The best programming language is PHP and I prefer to sue for creation of site. I also use wordpress, but I know that it is not a programming language.

I prefer PHP first and JAVA too but secondary option cause PHP is quite easy to use than other with great function in it. But if you love programming then you have to know all languages.
