download the plugin mozbar and check Da and Pa ( point ) before you set backlinks, a good backlink must be DA >> 30 or Pa >> 30

You must be careful in building backlinks, avoid to create spam backlinks, backlinks in low PR, DA websites, forums. You should build your backlinks to high PR, DA website and join in relevant topics with your site content. Good luck!
