First of all analyze your links using backlink analyzer tool and identify the spam links on the website finally take proper action using disavow tool

go to search console and submit the link you want to remove.

First download all your indexed backlinks by going through Google Web Master/ open link profiles etc and use Google's disavow tool. Well, if you can delete those backlinks will be more better as you can use those website again with heavy content.
