There is less scope for prices getting down in real estate.

I don't think they can indefinitely avoid the eventual price drop. Some of them are paying as high as 60% in annual interest to keep their projects afloat.

With the introduction of make in India and other developmental plans the prices of real estate are going to sky rocket,but if its any consolation the standard of living of the people are also going to increase.Real estate will be one of the booming sectors in the changing scenario.
