Very True. Also the newly inaugrated Bus Depot in Ahmedabad is also pretty amazing.

Except Ahmedabad there are other cities in Gujarat also which have good potential in real estate like Vadodara,Surat. Other cities here need lot of development to reach at a level of cities like Ahmedabad.

The city is enjoying considerable attention from the service sector and a number of ITITeS, banking, finance and insurance companies are establishing their offices here. The growth in the service sector is further complemented by industrial development.

This tells that country is not only investing in developing developing/developed cities, but also investing in non-recognised cities.

The home seekers can expect flats rendered with facilities like parks, world class facilities, strategic location, pools, rain water harvesting, health care and nearness to important business centers. Buying a property in Ahmedabad can be an advisable thing if you are looking for not-so-hefty rates

Ahmedabad has good infrastructure, airport, newly renovated bus depot, railways, and bus transport inside the city also which gives it good edge.

In Gujarat, Ahmedabad is said to be the best but also real estate is developing in other cities also there. So in all Gujarat is an exciting place to invest money in real estate.

yes true and thanks for providing good information

Ahemdabad has some areas which are highly developed in real estate. One should surely look there if they intend to invest.

Mumbai, Bengaluru angalore and Noida account for the largest unsold inventory, making up to 60 per cent of the total unsold inventory across cities. Out of this, Ahmedabad has the largest (15 per cent) ready-to-move-in unsold inventory.
They might pick up in October when the festive season begins. Further cuts in home loan rates might also help in reviving sales in the real estate market.

Various industries in and around the city is fuelling demand in Ahmedabad. In Gandhinagar, there are IT giants such as TCS and Info City. The upcoming Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT) will also boost the real estate market of Ahmedabad. Further, the property rates here are still realistic as compared to other cities which bode well for investors and developers.
