In my experience, Google Webmaster tools are enough to get better idea. As far as On-Page SEO is concerned. Best tool is your knowledge. Keep the keywords in title, description, header tags and write your target keyword in contents in different paragraphs, use 1-2 images with alt attribute and use keyword in image alt attribute.

Screaming frog and SEO Moz is very helpful.
