if you delete the sapm backlinks..the online tool available in google..get the tool you can remove it

To find out all bad backlinks for your site use tools like google disavow tool and other third party tools then remove the url with google webmaster tool.

Disallow all the bad links to your website.

You can use some tools like Google Disavow links Tool

Once you finalize the backlinks as unnatural collect those and make a text file and submit into Google Backlink Disavow Tool. This is the better tool ever. When you submit, google will understand that you are avoiding those links and will disavow it.

You can use the Google Disavow Tool for removing the spam or bed back-links. It is very useful.
