Google keyword planner is best tool for keyword suggestions.

Long tail keywords always have less competition, and they also have low searches comparatively.Targeting one word or two words increases the competition as they have high searches.Initially you should target long tail keywords, they are more beneficial.

Try to use Google Adwords and get the best keywords from it which suits the niche of your company.

A high competition keyword needs some more time to get ranked in Google where as low competition keywords won't require much time to get indexed in Google and to rank in it as well.
