First of all you have to take long tail keyword and its must be low competition and high search volume then post in high pr social bookmarking, forum posting, blog comments, profile buildings, blog posting(unique content) and so on..By doing this way you can get good page rank in 1 month..

It is too difficult to get rank your website within one month because when you got new fresh site then to cache your on-page changes in google requires 2-3 weeks and create a quality backlinks you require minimum 4-6 weeks. Then overall to get high rank on google, you require minimum 2-3 month period. So as per my opinion, it is quite difficult to get rank within one month.

You need to do lots of work if you want rank in 1 month but it depends on keyword competition.
