bounce rate is the percentage of people or visitors who visited your web sites one page not the whole website,means just clicked and close the page.

Low bounce rate means website is good and users are interesting to visit a webpages and if users leave website quickly and don't spent time for navigation of other webpages, it mean website has high bouncing rate that is not good for website and business.

If you are close any website without reading another page. This is call bounce rate.

Bounce rate is the measurement in percentage of how many Web site visitors view only one page within your Web site – this is the one page they entered the site on (called the entrance page or landing page). These visitors view only that single page and exit the site on that same page.
